A little about us and some answers to your questions
The owners of the Preserving Youth Web Site are licensed Aestheticians with over twenty five years of experience treating a variety of skin conditions. They were trained in Paris, France and are qualified by both Decleor and Guinot as trainers to other cosmetologists. They have also served as test facilities for new product releases and have received awards from both of these lines for sales & service.

1. We accept Visa, MC, AE, & Discover. Your personal information couldn't be more secure. In addition to using the most advanced security methods on our server, your information is immediately and automatically deleted the moment we receive your order at our processing center. It is not "stored" anywhere.

2. All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Receipt. No charge for orders over $100. Inter'l orders are calculated when your order is received at or processing center. The charges will be included in your order confirmation that we email to you within 24 to 48hrs.

3. There are various methods to employ a shopping cart on the Internet. Most are "server side" and use a third party company ( such as Pay Pal, etc. ) But, as you may be aware, these companies take anywhere from 4 to 11% of the sale! Here again, there is no way we could extend a 25% discount to our customers using one of these other formats. Keeping everything "in-house", so to speak, saves money and gives you added security by not having another company see your information ( and by the way, these companies do store your data! ).

4. Here again, we have your best interest and dollar savings in mind. As stated earlier, there is no charge for shipping for orders over $100. Most sites that give you a shipping total in your cart are figuring an "average" that usually includes a small markup just in case there's an increase. However, most higher end Sites will email you an order confirmation that reflects the exact shipping cost. This is what we do. And that cannot be done until the country, weight and size are all factored in. Currently, we have over 2,000 regular customers in 32 countries, and there are all very happy with our service.

5. Depending on the climate of the Internet, the number of orders, and yes, the efficiency of our processing department, we've had a 97% success rate in emailing order confirmations within 24 to 48hrs. There are times when our servers may be down to update security measures and for general maintenance. In that case, it may take a few hours longer, but in any event, never hesitate to email us if you feel uncomfortable.

6. You may return any unopened product for any reason, no questions asked, for a full refund, if it was shipped in the United States. If you return an unopened product that was shipped outside the United States, you will receive a full refund for the product cost, but not for our shipping cost. If you open the product, you must contact us via our "customer service" email within 3 days of your receiving your order as verified by the date on the Delivery Confirmation Receipt from the United States Postal Service. We will then give you instructions on how to return the product. You must pay to have the product shipped back to us. When we receive the product, we will issue a full refund or a store credit, as per your wishes. If the above policy is not followed, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

7. The Toll-Free number is for order taking only. All other requests will be respectfully directed back to our Web Site and be advised to use the appropriate email link.
